Independent Sales Broker — Woody’s Non-Alcoholic Wine

Location: Select U.S. markets
Role: Independent broker with potential to become full time.

About Woody’s:

Woody’s makes premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine from organic California wine. We’ve reached more than 2,500+ accounts with a small team and do especially well in chef-driven restaurant programs, independent retail and high-end regional grocery stores. We’re looking for experienced sales brokers to build on that momentum in their markets.

The opportunity:

You’ll grow Woody’s in your territory by opening accounts, supporting existing customers and working with our distributors to turn placements into repeat business.

This role is ideal for an established broker with complementary brands in their portfolio and strong relationships with owners, beverage directors, independent retailers and regional grocery buyers.

What you’ll do:

- Open new accounts, focusing on chef-driven restaurants, independent retailers and high-end regional grocers.
- Secure BTG placements, wine-list listings and retail shelf space.
- Work with distributor sales teams through market visits, account introductions and staff education.
- Lead tastings, in-store demos and relevant private events.
- Follow up consistently to drive reorders and grow existing accounts.
- Provide clear updates on account activity, sales opportunities and market feedback.

Who we’re looking for:

- Experience selling wine, spirits or premium non-alcoholic beverages.
- Established buyer and distributor relationships in your territory.
- A track record of winning placements and building repeat business.
- A self-starter who manages their own pipeline and follows through.
- Strong communication and organization.
- An interest in non-alcoholic wine and its place in quality food and beverage programs.

Compensation and support:

Compensation includes sales commissions, paid days working in the market independently or alongside distributor reps, and fees for in-store demos and private events featuring Woody’s. Also agreed-upon travel expenses, including mileage, meals, lodging and transportation.

Rates, territory and scope will be agreed upon based on experience. You’ll work directly with our founders, with samples, sales materials and product education to support your efforts.
