responsibilities:
- Design and execute molecular and cellular biology experiments involving transfection, passaging, and sampling of CHO cell cultures.
- Conduct experimental analyses to evaluate gene copies, transcript levels, protein folding, trafficking, secretion, and degradation.
- Analyze complex data using statistical, bioinformatics, and pathway-analysis tools to generate technical reports and presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with cell-line development scientists, bioprocess engineers, and computational biologists.
- Maintain strict adherence to laboratory safety, experimental rigor, and data-integrity standards.
qualifications:
Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant laboratory or biotech experience.
- Proficiency in aseptic technique, mammalian cell culture, and core molecular biology techniques (e.g., DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, transfection).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills.
Preferred: - Experience with CHO cell culture, antibody production, and multi-omics technologies.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics, statistical tools, and systems biology concepts.
