Job Description

AAA Auto Parts is looking for a  detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to join our Inventory department as a  Return and Restocking Associate . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that returned auto parts are processed accurately and restocked efficiently, using multiple computer programs to track inventory and maintain organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Returns Processing:

  • Inspect returned items to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Note any changes in condition to the part before adding it back to inventory.
  • Accurately document and process returns using various software systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.

• Restocking:

  • Place items in designated inventory locations to be put back into warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by updating inventory in computer systems.
  • Ensure storage areas are clean and well-organized for easy accessibility.

• Tech & Systems:

  • Use multiple programs to manage inventory, returns, and restocking processes.
  • Troubleshoot minor system issues and escalate as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is comfortable using computers and navigating multiple programs.
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Can multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Is physically capable of occasional lifting (up to 70 pounds) and performing activities such as bending, reaching, and walking.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience with inventory or warehouse software.
• Familiarity with auto parts, shipping processes, and warehouse management
