Experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a large-scale Teradata decommissioning and modernization program involving data migration, analytics, reporting, and cloud platforms.
The role will drive cross-functional collaboration, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery aligned with program and executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and ensure consistent Jira governance and delivery processes.
Manage multiple data migration, report conversion, application remediation, testing, and platform retirement workstreams, including risks and dependencies.
Maintain delivery metrics and roadmaps while providing clear status reporting to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
